Ken is responsible for setting strategic direction and guiding operations. He has extensive marketing experience with leading companies in the retail, consumer goods, hospitality, and technology industries. Prior to joining YOU Technology, Ken was VP of Loyalty for Kroger, a $70B Fortune 25 grocery retailer with 2,500 stores and 45 million customers. While at Kroger, Ken led personalized marketing, loyalty programs, interactive marketing, and consumer insights and analytics. Earlier in his career, he started a venture-funded e-commerce technology provider and served as a senior consultant with McKinsey & Company and Prophet Brand Strategy, where his clients included Harrah’s Entertainment, Time Warner, Dell, and HP. Ken has degrees from Harvard Law School and Stanford University.

Ajay oversees corporate partnerships and strategic initiatives. His experience encompasses Fortune 500 companies and successful start-ups, where he has led large acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and IPOs. Ajay has worked at leading companies including CSX, Baxter Healthcare, Pacer International, and Clear, and has also served as a White House Fellow He holds an MBA and BS in Engineering degree from the University of Michigan. He serves on the Executive Board of the Urban Services YMCA, which serves over 12,000 at-risk youth in the San Francisco Bay Area. He also serves on the board of the San Mateo County Health Foundation and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Pacific Council on International Policy.

As Chief Operating Officer, Cheryl is responsible for all product development and service delivery, including account management, product management, engineering, customer service and creative services. Cheryl brings over 25 years of extensive experience in consulting, operations, client services, engineering, product management and marketing. She has held leadership positions at a number of companies, including Cap Gemini, DEC, Versata, Cariocas and Cullinet. Prior to YOU Technology, Cheryl ran the global services organization for Versata and was part of the executive team responsible for selling the company. She has an MBA from the University of Denver.

Kevin oversees sales and business development. He has more than 19 years of sales and general management experience, including over 11 years at Catalina Marketing. Most recently, Kevin was Vice President of Sales at Evincii, which provides online, mobile, and in-store search technology to help consumers make better decisions on products related to health, wellness and well-being. Prior to Evincii, Kevin was the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations at Catalina Marketing and also managed the company's National Analytical group, supporting over $285 million in sales. Prior to that, Kevin was the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Catalina Health Resource, Catalina Marketing's $100 million healthcare division. Kevin started his career with Hershey Chocolate U.S.A. and Mitco Livingston. He received a BA in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University.

Felix oversees YOU Technology’s Retail Services unit. Felix has over 20 years of marketing and sales experience throughout the U.S., Mexico, and Europe. Prior to joining YOU Technology, Felix spent over four years with dunnhumbyUSA developing and managing the Communications & Media business with Kroger and its vendor community. Felix also has worked in various management positions at Valassis, Catalina Marketing, ConAgra, and GlaxoSmithKline. Felix holds a BS degree from the University of Florida.

Steve is responsible for leading the development, design and infrastructure systems for YOU Technology’s Retail Services. He has over 20 years of experience in software development, ranging from embedded control to complex end-user applications and consumer portals. He has worked at industry leaders including HP, Motorola and Adobe Systems, as well as start-ups such as GO Corp. and Excite. Steve earned a BS in Computer Science at the University of Rhode Island.
