Juan Carlos is a YTBS founder, and is the inventor of the YTBS system. Juan Carlos has twelve years of broad professional experience that ranges from major consumer products to high technology companies, including Procter & Gamble, Nabisco, and Silicon Graphics (SGI). He also founded a marketing promotions and telemarketing business, which grew to be one of the largest in Mexico City before it was sold.

Juan Carlos holds two bachelors' degrees, in marketing and economics respectively, from the University of Texas at Austin and MBA from Harvard Business School. His true devotion, however, is to his wife Sari, his daughter Olivia and his sons Marc and Emilio.
