As COO, Cheryl oversees the development and implementation of all interactive promotions.

Prior to YTBS, Cheryl held the position of VP Worldwide Professional Services at Versata with responsibility for professional services, training and customer support. Prior to joining Versata, Cheryl served as VP Products and Services at Cariocas, Inc. where she focused on providing Fortune 500 clients with a marketing platform founded on game theory principles. Before joining Cariocas, she was a founder and VP of Client Services for Andavo Corp., a provider of software and services to web merchants. Cheryl also spent 7 years leading large professional services groups at Cap Gemini and Digital Equipment Corporation deploying enterprise applications. The first 10 years of her career were spent focused on software development and product management with an emphasis on process and quality at DEC and Cullinet, Inc.

Cheryl received an M.B.A. from the University of Denver.
